Manage Your Time

If you have run a business long enough, then you’ve probably realized how important time management is. There are only 24 hours in a day and sometimes, it feels like it’s not enough to accomplish all the tasks you need to do. There’s no doubt that managing time properly and getting work done is one of the most common problems that entrepreneurs face.

Exactly how can you manage your time? While there’s no specific formula to do it, there are at least great tools that can help you in keeping your tasks organized. Some Android apps, for example, can help you make the most of your time and increase your productivity. Here are the top productivity Android apps you can download:

1:- Toggl Time Tracker, Timesheet

Effective time management starts with knowing how much time you spend on each project or task. Using a timesheet is then effective. Toggl is currently the leading timesheet app accessible on Android. It uses a timer to log your task times, record reports based on your time usage, and display them in charts to enhance work efficiency. It’s simple and easy to use. Moreover, it is synced to your cloud and drives all data safely under one account.

2:- Focus Booster

Pomodoro technique is a time management strategy that breaks down work into different intervals and separates them in short breaks. This is the technique that inspires the production of Focus Booster. Focus Booster is an app that helps you focus on your work by locking down your phone, including Photography apps, on a specified schedule. Hence, it’s greatly helpful to those who tend to procrastinate and are easily overwhelmed by truckloads of tasks.

3:- Yast Time Tracker

Yast is a simple time tracking tool that offers clock-in and clock-out features and timers which can be used to keep track of a team’s workflow. It allows you to synchronize projects with colleagues without exporting data and switch to a different project with ease. Projects and tasks are arranged in groups to keep everything organized. If you are working with a team and aim to increase all your productivity, then this app is for you.

4:- MyLifeOrganized: To-Do List

MyLifeOrganized (MLO) is flexible and powerful task management software that allows you to get your to-dos done. You can use this app if you want to manage all your tasks, including your work projects and life goals. MLO generates to-do lists with customizable filters, priority actions, dates, optional contexts, and stars—all of which can help you focus on your objectives so that you can reach them in time.  You can also sync MLO across multiple computers and make collaboration with other people.

5:- aCalendar

aCalendar might be the most fitting calendar app for business users. This app aims to provide easy-to-use and powerful features that help in organizing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly engagements. It sets reminders, schedules meetings, and invites attendees all in the same platform. So if you want to navigate easily through your schedules, aCalendar would be a great app to have.

Hello! there are some nice apps, especially MyLifeOrganized. I’ve been looking for a good “to-do lists” tool for quite some time. I’m going to give this one a try. Though, I’d recommend TimeCamp instead of Yast, tried them both and TimeCamp performs better. Toggl is a decent one as well.
