Recently I bought a 5 Split 3D Wall Frame from the website Elegancystore.com. The product was not according to the description. Its quality was very poor. I wanted to return it back but the website owner ignored my whatsapp messages. Initially he responded but when asked about returning it back, the owner started ignoring the messages.
If you are planning to buy from this website, then be aware that you will not get quality product but instead a low quality one.
Elegancystore.com is a fraud and scam website and offers low quality products on high prices. Stay Alert.

They delivered Alphabetical and numerical clock on 23 March but without any installation instructions for this DIY unit. I have sent many messages by SMS and on WhatsApp since 24th March and 2nd April butno answer.

You should send message from another number and inquire about another order. Once you get reply, then tell them to send the instructions on whatsapp. They are unprofessional though.
