4 Ways for Bloggers to Become a Happier, Healthier Blogger

Health is very important to everyone, but bloggers especially. After all, who is going to update your blog if you are sick? If it is not updated with fresh content regularly, your site will slip in the search engine results. Therefore, you must remain healthy and productive.
Here are some tips that will keep you in good health:

  1. Exercise. Physical activity is essential. Not only does it help you reach or maintain an ideal weight, but it also promotes cardiovascular health (preventing heart disease and stroke). In addition, exercise can also give you time to think—and possibly inspiration for future blog posts!
  2. Eat a healthy diet. There are many ways to go about nutrition. Some prefer low-carb diets, while others are vegetarian. Just make sure that you eat realistic (not oversized) portions of fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins every day. This way, you will eat the best variety of vitamins and minerals. Many bloggers forget to eat regular meals, and instead snack in front of their computer. This is not ideal, since they may end up mindlessly eating too much unhealthy food. Save pre-sized portions of healthy snacks for those times.
  3. Take breaks and vacations. Bloggers are often at risk for burnout, which usually results from too much nonstop work. They may even give up their blogs altogether, either because they have run out of ideas or because blogging stopped being fun. Taking scheduled vacations from the computer and blogging can leave a blogger more refreshed when they get back. Plus, new experiences mean new post ideas. Short breaks are also important; get away from the screen for about five minutes every hour to rest your eyes.
  4. See a doctor regularly. Preventative care helps ensure that your body is in full working order. Unfortunately, bloggers—like other professionals—sometimes postpone or forgo regular visits because they don’t have time. This is compounded by the fact that many independent bloggers without a full-time job are uninsured. It can cost over $100 to visit a doctor in that case. Finding a health insurance quote that fits their budget will help them avoid that situation.

    Short breaks are very important as bloggers spend much time in front of their computers, they are good for eyes. and some physical exercise is must as blogging is a full time sitting job. Nice Post!
