Links to your own website or blog in article body are not allowed. Send the article in .doc or docx format with relevant images. Send only 1 article at a time. Multiple articles in single email is not allowed. Minimum words in an article should be 500 and duplicate content is of course not allowed. Always provide Unique Author Bio. Make sure to double check the links in your author bio. Once the article is live, no changes will be made in the author bio links.
